Beginning in 2001, Patio Pacific, Inc, undertook an intensive engineering design effort to build the perfect pet door flap and, based upon that design, to produce a full range of superior pet door products.  By Fall of 2004, that work had culminated in the "Endura" Flap Assembly.

This Plexidor model can be used in doors up to 1 3/4" thick. Included with the purchase: pet door with lock, security plate, and exterior trim pieces.
SAFE AND EASY TO USE: See-thru Plexiglas panels open smoothly both ways with a gentle push.
TWO-WAY SELF-CLOSING: Panels close automatically when pet has gone through. Mechanism is concealed within the main frame of the dog door.

It is also easier to fit your pet and improves security for medium to large sized pets. Sturdy locking cover locks pets in or out. Easy to use clip lock is more secure than spring-loaded pin locks.

Extreme Weather includes 3 flaps. Traditional vinyl flaps on inside and outside and middle flap made of very strong, flexible, insulating material. Accordion pleating on edges help maintain seal as flap contracts in cold weather. Flaps include magnets along bottom running full width, attracting a floating threshold magnet that moves freely to create a better seal.
